Mom Had a Question

Hey everyone!  Hope your week is going well! FYI: You can count exercise that isn't just cardio.  Like, pilates, stretching, free weights, yoga, muscle toning, etc. are all very healthy and can totally count toward your minutes!

  3. After Bradley and I agreed yes, he started to get worried that I would think it was a good idea for us to have a family weed pulling activity for exercise! hahaha!
