There is a Nike Commercial that was made for the Olympics that I'm not able to figure out how to attatch it, but it is called "Find Your Greatness". While it is about sports it is also applicable to our theme of "Win From Within". We all have "GREATNESS" with in us. We just have to find it. We need to stop focusing on other's "Greatness" and focus more on our own and magnify it and us it to bless the lives of others! That in turn will make you feel even more... "GREAT"! So this week, the challenge to you all is to "FIND YOUR GREATNESS" and use it for good! Also remember that "Out of small and simple things, are Great things brought to pass". You are all GREAT!

I'm not sure if you all know but I just found on Thursday that the bug I've been dealing with for three weeks now is {{{MONO!!!}}} say what?! Yup. Don't know how I caught it but I caught the kissing disease! It's been pretty miserable I can't lie. I'm really nervous that my babies will all get it. But I feel like i am getting better. So watch out. My time is going to increase soon here! I'm just glad I got this much! Shwew! Love you all! Good job!

Modest Workout Shows!
I just wanted to share this link to BYU TV's Total Body Workout! I don't like putting on work out videos very much around my kiddo's because they always show midriffs and busts! I don't want them to have to see that. It's hard to find a workout DVD that is modest. But BYU TV has a show called Total Body Workout that has 35 different episodes listed online that you can turn on and exercise to. Hope it helps! If the link doesn't work, just go to BYUTV.org and go to the bottom and under "explore shows" click on "lifestyles". Then total body workout will be the image on the very right i believe. Click on it and then you will see five of 35 episodes you can click on.

woo! whata week! I am on an antibiotic for an ear infection and some other odd things. So my week wasn't as great as i had hoped. But i did exercise on one of the hardest days so i felt proud of myself for that! My head was pounding from my ear infection and i was so tired and achy, but i had to deliver some RS birthday gifts because it is my month to do that. And i had to exercise! The birthday gifts were already late, and it was the only open day to do it. So I decided to turn it into something good and asked Josh if he would go on a walk with me to deliver them all. I pushed Stella in the stroller and Josh rode his scooter and i walked and ran for 45 minutes while we delivered them. It was so much fun! Josh rode ahead of me on one street and when i caught up to him he handed me a flower. It warmed my heart and I felt such gratitude for my son and for the outing we were having together. What a memory we made. The pounding lessened as i exercised and returned when i was done. I felt blessed. And now i feel blessed to have an antibiotic working on the infection! So grateful for medicine! The experience reminded me of a quote by elder Faust. It's more about service, but i can relate it to this situation too. " The Master taught us that “whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.” Some of the most rewarding times of our lives are those “extra mile” hours [given in service] when the body says it wants to relax, but our better self emerges and says, “Here am I; send me.” Cheers to another week! Good job everybody! Go! Fight! Win from within! :)

I love the theme "Win from within". It's similar to our AZ Tucson Mission motto: "Choose to Become".
Grandma Judy and I wish that for each and all of you...no matter how young you are.
May you each choose to win from within. That strengthens your character with eternal ideals and principles.
Those ideals become part of your personal character, and that will help us continue as an Eternal Family.
We love you! Gdad and Gma Judy :)

We noticed Spencer is listed as a participant. How fun! We haven't asked him to record his hours, but he walks everywhere he goes, and his current city is built on very steep hills! He is getting lots of exercise and said he's really glad he did scouts to get him used to hiking :) So, all you young boys, keep on keeping on! You're awesome!!!

Mom Had a Question
Hey everyone! Hope your week is going well! FYI: You can count exercise that isn't just cardio. Like, pilates, stretching, free weights, yoga, muscle toning, etc. are all very healthy and can totally count toward your minutes!
